Wolfgang Puck Springs Cafe
LAS VEGAS SRINGS PRESERVE – LAS VEGAS, NV
As part of the larger design for the Las Vegas Springs Preserve, Tate Snyder Kimsey worked closely with celebrity chef, Wolfgang Puck, to deliver an open and spacious restaurant tailored to the patrons of the museum and nature exhibits.
With bright colors, warm woods, and contemporary fabrics and fixtures, the restaurant is situated on the upper level of the Visitors Center with an open deck for expansive views over the Preserve. Circulation is closely orchestrated to guide customers in to the restaurant with a visually obvious progression from food selection to payment. Staff and equipment are visible behind the front line to show off the cooking and meal preparation process for added attraction.
